Leather is a natural product and as such all hides are different. There may be variations in color and texture from hide to hide. That is what also makes leather goods amazing no two are the same.
As an independent artisan I do not keep a large stock of leather. Some leathers may not be available at time of order. If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

WHY ARE YOU UNABLE TO SHIP CERTAIN PRODUCTS TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA?
California code 653o, states it is
unlawful to sell to or distribute in and out of California, animal skins or products made from which are considered endangered species in the state, those are but not limited to, python, cobra, kangaroo, alligator, crocodile, caiman, zebra, elephant. In the event that these items are purchased by a California resident, the item will not ship and the amount of purchase will be refunded.
Can you ship exotic leathers internationally?
Short answer is no. Special exporting permits are required which Tamagini Leather does not have.
All "In Stock" items as listed on the in-stock page of the website will typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving.
Please note COVID-19 restrictions may delay shipping. There are times that depending on the number of cases in the area limit myself to one trip to the post office/UPS per week in order to limit my exposure.
All Bespoke products ordered from the Bespoke pages of the website are made to order. Lead times vary. Smaller items such as the Lorne Card Wallet and the Kenneth Mini Envelope can be made quickly whereas some of the larger bags may take a couple weeks. Full payment is required at checkout on Bespoke orders and will be fulfilled in the order they were received and are dependent on leather availability.
After your order is placed, I will be in contact via email to discuss leather color options based on the leather type you choose at checkout. If you are unsure of the leather option, you should choose please contact me prior to checkout and I will answer any questions you may have.
FULLY CUSTOM GOODS
There is, for lack of a better term, a waitlist for truly one-of-a-kind custom designs that I have never been made before. Please be prepared to have the creation of your leather good take as long as it takes. That means it could be a few weeks or it could be several months. I will work with you hand and hand to design and make the leather good of your dreams but creating designs takes time. I also produce several samples first in order to make sure the design works.
Generally, I do not require a deposit to get on the list, nor for the initial design sketch phase. However once prototype samples start a deposit is required. Since a large part of the final price is hourly, deposits will be estimated based on my experience of how long I think it will take to create the piece. (On Alligator/Crocodile leather goods, deposits are based on full leather purchase prices.)
As I am an independent artisan, I do not keep a large stock of leathers. There may be instances where my suppliers are out of
stock of a particular color from a particular tannery line. If that is the case, I will provide some alternative leather options of a similar color. If I have the leather in stock or have used it in the past, I can also provide you with cuttings so that you can have the chance to see and feel it in person since computer monitors and phone screens vary so much in color.
If your custom leather good requires exotics, please be aware that if the tanneries I use do not have that color or finish in stock they may require a minimum order to produce a color (sometimes as many as 8 skins) and that they may take several weeks or months to produce depending on their schedule. If a minimum order is required, I will be in touch with you first. I can create custom dyed skins; however I do not have the ability to produce finishes such as Millennium or Glazed finishes.
CUSTOM DYED EXOTICS
I can gladly produce custom dyed exotics for you myself provided they are a traditional Matte (buffed) finish. Custom dyed work hourly rates differ from my normal hourly rates as even more skill is required to produce them.
Goods ship worldwide via USPS or UPS upon completion of your order. There is no next day delivery for custom orders as most items are made to order at time of order. In stock items ship within 1-3 Business Days.
All major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay are accepted. I now also accept various Crypto Currencies via Coinbase Commerce see Other Payment Options at Checkout to see which ones are accepted.
Where's my package
Once I have shipped your package it is out of my control. I don't dictate the logistics of the USPS and UPS. Shipping delays can happen especially at holiday times and during storms.
*Covid-19 has caused many delays in shipping as shipping companies are operating on a reduced staff in order to keep a safe work environment and observe all governmental protocols. Plan accordingly but even then, there could be unexpected delays it is out of my control.
For those people in metro Boston/Cambridge if you would like to save on shipping and pick your product directly from me, please type the code LOCAL into the discount codes. That will set your shipping to Free, and I will contact you via email upon completion of your order to setup a time and place to pick up your order.
NOTE: Discount codes cannot be applied to items already discounted.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. These items are made to order by hand.
However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, I will by all means either replace or repair item at no cost to you and will send you via email a return label to ship the item back for repair.

How do I ship my order back to you?
Upon an authorized return for malfunction or failure, a return label will be sent to you via email. Just package the item up place the label on it and ship it back to me via the shipping service on the label.
